Human life is very rare and short. In the entire world, it is only the humans who are endowed with the rare blessing of intellect (ability to discriminate Good from the Bad ones). All other 840 millions of species of living creatures do not have this advantage. It is believed that once born as a human being means that you are on the top of the list by virtue of your own merits in your past births. This is the rare opportunity you have in your pursuit of ‘salvation’ and hence handle very cautiously. If you fall by not living up to human grade and standard of righteous life, you may have to really struggle very hard to come up to the present level which might take several hundreds of births. Therefore as a human being optimise the available faculties and work towards the goal of ‘Jeevan Mukthi’(‘Nirvana’ or salvation)
According to the ‘KARMA THEORY’ (Law of three processes viz., Thought, Speech and Action processes) your merit is based on the purity in these three different ways. These merits are perfectly recorded of each living being (on the Earth planet) each and every second and are stored in what is called as ‘Akashik Records’ in the space like a black box. These are indestructible even if the world is totally destroyed. The results of merits from these records come back to the individual souls in every birth like E-mails. They are neither transferable nor can be altered. These will be discussed in detail in forth coming issues.
We started off with the disbelievers end and finally discovered that human life is a boon that enables him to refine his culture in each birth with the help of his intellect. Best souls are those, which start off with theism and swim in spirituality and get the thrill of divine ecstasy that is endless in nature. You are lucky in the sense that you heard so much about God and His creation but millions of others in hundreds of countries on the globe are not even having the ability to distinguish between ‘THEISM’ and ‘ATHEISM’ what to talk about knowledge of Puranas and Upanishads. Ancient culture and tradition which we call as ‘SANATHANA DHARMA’ which is by and large widely in vogue in India would be the only single source, practice of which alone can explore the secrets of happiness of souls both in mundane and eternal lives. Modern science is in its infancy as far as ‘Sanatana Dharma’ is concerned. Science is limited to the extent of perception of human senses only. Hitherto, since millions of years no scientist has delved into the secrets of ‘Jeevatma’, its existence, life after death, mukti, moksha and such other subjects. It can be concluded that THEISM is not a Bane but certainly is a Boon to humanity. Rationality of ‘Sanatana Dharma’ will be covered in next issue.
