The Prophet Muhammad said: {O people! Your God is one and your
forefather (Adam) is one. An Arab is not better than a non-Arab and
a non-Arab is not better than an Arab, and a white person is not
better than a black person and a black person is not better than a
red person, except in piety. Piety in Arabic? No. only in people's
mother tongues. So no greatness in Arabic. Arabic is no better than
Telugu.Then prayer can be made to Allah in Telugu too.
In prayer, a person feels inner happiness, peace, and comfort, and
that God is pleased with him or her. Prayer should be from heart not
mechanical. God accepts only prayer which comes from heart. Only
mother tongues will come out of hearts. No language is more
understandable than ones own mother tongue.Quran is sent not for
intellectuals of foreign languages but it is sent for all the people
of the world irrespective of the fact whether educated or
illiterates. A God who does not respect my mother tongue won't
respect the people of my language also.
Therefore I request all of you to
understand the language problem of Noorbasha people and pave the way
to worship Allah in their mother tongue Telugu. Publishing of
Telugu Quran in more versions, Telugu Hadis, and a Telugu
Concordance of Holy Quran will be very useful for all the Telugu
