A brain storming session by the great thinkers of the modern times and the oracles would bring it down to the fact that High-tech Research in ‘Entertainment Electronics’ and the related fields - is helping only to increase the pace of life at the cost of Moral values.
When Morality declines in a society, that society perishes. In the history, scores of civilizations fizzled out as the morality of those times nose-dived over centuries. Now we see the History repeating itself.
However, we all should aim at such a society, in which women are respected and high moral values are upheld for the welfare of one and all, only then the peace reigns supreme.
Biblical research has shown that this coveted state could be achieved only when we turn spiritual by following good ethical practices, which results in the reduction of ‘tendency to commit crime’. This works like a built in safety system.
In the year 2004, U.S. Govt. had sent a team of professionals to India to study the factors that contributed to the development of the best brains from India, despite socio – economic problems and the related in the society. The team after a detailed study over a period of SIX months by and large had concluded the following in their report:-
1. Strong family Concepts.
2. Strong emphasis on schooling and further education.
3. Intense feeling/urge of achieving great career in individual lives (A sort of ‘Aim at the sky, you would at least hit the mountain top’ – concept).
4. Deep-rooted spiritual values as an ancient tradition.
5. Patriotism (Amazing progress made in 57 years of post- Independence era).
6. Negligible percentage of youth suicide.
Why can’t the youth of the western world, which is reeling in a grip of fear, insecurity, uncertain future and unrest to day emulate this style and benefit largely from this boundless harvest of ‘FAMILY CONCEPT’, which brings peace and tranquility to the society?
Family Concept brings purpose in life;
Purpose lays targets;
Targets call for achievements through efforts;
Efforts give results;
Results give satisfaction;
Satisfaction brings in the peace & harmony;
Peace always reigns supreme.
So, let us all go for ‘FAMILY VALUES’ and get the most coveted PEACE to the World.
