- Burning desire to create unique trends: Unique trends are not created by highly educated or rich people. They are created by people who are burning with passion to achieve unique things. Take any field and we can see thousands of examples.
- Fascination towards the field: To be highly successful in any field, we need to fall in love with that field. It should become our life, breath and the whole purpose of our existence. Unless your whole life revolves around that field, you can’t create miracles in that field. You can never be successful in a field which you don’t love with full heart and are not passionate about. One look at the lives of all highly successful people reveals that they were successful in fields that they fell in love with.
- Learning-Attitude: Only people who are willing to learn from every person (without any exceptions) can be highly successful in Wisdom Economy. No matter how much Wisdom a person possesses, it is just the tiniest drop of the largest ocean that exists out there. The remaining part of the Wisdom can only be learnt by a person who has the best learning-attitude. The more problems one has in learning from others, the least successful s/he will be. The most creative people on this earth have the least amount of problems in learning from others.
- Risk-Taking Attitude: If a nation/person wants to be highly successful and creative, risk-taking is mandatory. One can never get success without risk. There is no success without failures or mistakes. Most successful nations/persons love to work with dangers, threats and challenges. If we don’t enjoy taking risks in whatever we do, it means we are not passionate and fascinated about our vision/aim; it means we can never create history; it means we can never be leaders. The world follows and rewards only those who risk first and become the trend-setters.
Why Wisdom is required for the present Economy?
- The global economy beyond the decades of 2010 will be primarily wisdom-driven. The growth and progress of the global economy will be largely dependent on wisdom-driven services and enterprises. What we hitherto thought are the engines of the economy (such as IT, Communication etc) are going to be surpassed by business areas that we may have never heard that they existed.
- Transforming our economy to a Wisdom Services Economy and thus being global trend-setters is a quintessential prerequisite for our success if we want to become a developed economy and global leaders on a long-term basis.
People around the world are increasingly becoming interested in sustainable alternative lifestyles to save themselves from the negative effects of the present Knowledge-Economy. Hence, we see a growing interest in Yoga, Meditation, Alternative Health Care such as Ayurveda, herbal products, organic food and ancient wisdom etc.
