Bhagwan is an embodiment of love and divinity. I would like to narrate one of my experiences where in you can understand His love for humanity. On 16.07.87 I got an interview from Bhagwan. Though I wanted to ask many things and get my doubts cleared I failed to speak in the divine presence. With great difficulty I mustered courage and sought His permission to ask, “You have descended on Earth to give wisdom to people and look after their welfare. When you take over the pains of a simple devotee and suffer, other devotees feel sad seeing You. Is it right on your part to make the other devotees feel sad?”
Then Swami said, “There is a village called Berlin on the way to Nainital (U.P). A good devotee of Mine lives there. She is a mother of five. She conducts Balvikas classes. Her husband is a drunkard and never bothers about the family. She undertakes petty jobs and looks after her family. She never neglected Swami's works inspite of her difficulties. One day i.e in May 1987 while she was going from one place to another on work she had a mild attach and unable to bear the pain she fell saying ‘Sai Ma!’ I heard that call. When devotees can bear the pain they don’t need Me but when it is beyond their capacity I must go to their aid.
I endured her pain and went into Samadhi. People around me were worried. Doctors too came. They could not feel my pulse. Since they were anxious I came out of Samadhi, told them not to disturb me for two days and to keep the doors of the room closed and then went back to Samadhi. After two days I came out and told them what had happened.” Baba smiled.
From this it is clear that Baba takes over the pains of His devotees. One can also see His divine power. None can estimate the power of Sai or evaluate it. No avatar has done the work that this avatar has done. Atheists are jealous of Swami's works and are therefore commenting. People who have no faith in our rich culture and heritage, who have no knowledge about Puranas and Ithihasas are criticizing the activities of Bhagawan. Especially due to the recent happening in Puttaparthi people are talking as they feel like. Certain selfish people are making sarcastic comments. Without understanding the divinity of Swami they are passing judgement.
