if i had to ans ur questions,
I don't agree with ur saying "once they are there in a good job, the complacency comes in and also the urgent desire to get married to a rich guy"
its just that by the time any women gets settled in their lives.. it would be 25+ and the right time to get married. and incase if both the girl and her fiance are working in different places, its obvious that one of them has to shift. we just don't give up our jobs just b'cos we are getting married.
and getting married to a Hi-Fi US working guy is never been our priority.
