I remember posting this somewhere - but its worth repeating it ...
The staff of a hospital, close to an extremely dangerous accident zone, found that it was getting tougher and tougher to handle the increasing number of patients who were checking in, due to the regular accidents.
They made a suggestion to the city Mayor to make Seat Belts and Helmets mandatory, so that the number of accidents could come down ...
Sure, after implementing that rule, the number of accidents did come down a bit, but the number of patients increased even further and the Hospital Staff went crazy ...
WHAT WAS THE REASON FOR THIS ANOMALY?

Turn the first switch on for 15 minutes and turn it off ... Turn the second switch on and immediately open the Box ...
If the Light is off and the bulb is cold then the answer is "BOTH OF THE SWITCHES"
If the Light is on and the bulb is Cold then the answer is "SECOND SWITCH"
If the Light is off and the bulb is Hot then the answer is "FIRST SWITCH"
If the Light is on and the bulb is Hot then the answer is "EITHER OF THE SWITCHES"

I still have this open puzzle I forgot about, here it is ...
If you remember the 3 bulbs and 3 switches puzzle, on similar lines...
There is a blackbox which has a bulb and is connected to 2 switches which are obviously outside the box and either or both the switches had to be on for the bulb to glow - so again by opening the box only one time, gotta determine what combination of those 2 switches turns on the bulb!
