Andhraites in US (or elsewhere), especially from Andhra Pradesh are most selfish people. But in other parts of India, they are very cooperpate and mix with each other. They don't want move with any society or with anyone even they have no courtesy

everybody seems to have the opinion that an
ANDHRITE is too concerned with his own well being so selfishly..
Other ppl from other states in INDIA and in US dont like thelugu ppl..
and I personally think Telugu ppl dont mix u freely with others as freely as oters do.may b thats the reason for that opinion of others on us
But against ou rtelugu people esp telugu S/W professionals..
theres a sea of hatred among other S/W professionals from other states of india who are in US now..
I am trying to understand this cultural mismatch..
is AP producing culturallly mis-fit people to the WORLD around us?
this ia big concern to me..coz I am also an anthropologist!

Dear friends.....
I want U to discuss about Andhrites in the context Globalisation and
how they make impression outside AP ,and outside INDIA.
(Thease castes and divisons are everywhere in INDIA,they are not limited to AP..so that is not my point.
My point is that ANDHRA people are not treated with contempt(especially Software professionals)outside INDIaA by the their colleagues
from other states and others.SO is there any inherent defficiency in our upbringing??in our culture??
Also Outside AP U find TAmil Sanghams,Kannadiga Sanghams and Malayali Sanghama....say for example to organise cultural evens like festivals.One rarely finds Andhra sanghams.
So are ANDHRITES inherently reserved people??
