My statement was generic..I do not think I have complete understanding of the subject in order to take a stand.
I doubt the argument that telangana has been neglected in order to develop andhra. People representatives have been in Assembly from all the places. I do not understand why was it not possible to develop this region?
Any research scholars on the subject?
