I am searching for a serious discussion in T.P - on motherland.
Hope you guys serious about it.
We know why ? , every damn know WHY ..WHY.. WHY..
different angles -

3) baadyataaraahityam ( so called educated, Visionary , niitimantulu )
4 unemployment
5 mowlikameina sadupaayaalu lekapovaTam
6 uneducated people
Is anyone know HOW ? How to solve the problem.
- this is my plan - We will discuss & make it concrete
let us start from the reverse order.
bottom up approach
6) uneducated people -
We will give the education - www.pratham.com
5) idi vokkarojulo vachhedi kaadi - keep it aside for now
but we can do minimal things doctor, water ..
where it takes minimal effort.
4) unemployment
swayam vupaadhi padhakaalu, electrician , carpenter
we will teach them for free

3) bring the good people into public,
Ask them to tell, how to live by example,
how they achieved,
Ask why can't they serve the country
how to vote , why vote ? , how to get our rights
what is their opinion in resolving various problems
2) spread the LAW, What is LAW ?
why we pay TAX , what we suppose to get,
basic responsibilities.. spread that..
have user friendly sessions with police in College, functions,
bring them(police) to public.
1) raajakiiyaalu - ide moolam , annirakaala rugmatalaki
if we involve actively in the above activities.
We can participate and win in elections with out money, rowdies support.

Even after freedom we have the influence of the rulers (not British/ kings or Zamindars).
People loyal to them are always do fevourisam. Now that genereation is ended. The next generation had mixed feelings. Now these people are ready to favourisam, only when they get some thing back. When these kind of things grown up. because population sky rocketed. Govt are any other didn't get any chance to think for effective system. Because that time educated people are less. Govt has to deal with lot bigger problems like food and lively hood of people. We had great draught for almost 5 years continiously in 70.
Now the new age is coming and thinking and trying to implement effective systems.
Takes time to for full effective. We need to correct the system at emergency area. We need to arrange quick reponses on providing evidences. If the system don't have effective system for tracking. All other things will delay.
To control the corruption. you should have effective tracking system of each and every person.
This takes majority toll.

why corruption in India??
we r told tht it is a bad thing when we were young,studying in school...pure at heart and think everythin is right what is taught in school..
but as we get older, we r more mature....yahooooooooooo..we r big alas!!!
we don put the education we received in our schools n college to use...
and we blame society for goin wrong...and we forget tht we r society...poor memory after all..
and here the discussion went into many corners...first it is a gift of congress then TDP..and back to Congress again...
we paved way for everything..

Elections are the mother of corruption in India ,during elections people are taking money from contesting candidates may the voter think that he is taking small amount but to the candidates it sums up to lakhs to crores of range Wardmember to Member of Parliament,after came to power the winner tries to fill the investment,the looser tries to catch the winner,at one stage both will unite and make efforts to extract investment. The govt agencies whatever it may be coerced to act to the will and wish of the politicians ,this effect again transfers to the public,they won,t even leave the businessmen,the businessmen again raises the prices of goods, one way the other we all are equally responseble for corruption.

I dont think every soul is corrupted in all the departments mentioned below. I can see many people who are not corrupted. But as they are in the corrupted society their lives are becoming difficult.
I could not get what do we mean by brakes again.
Do we need to purify these departments or bann the department or what.
what should be the action that must be taken from our side.
Corruption is every where as snehalatha's words but not every one is corrupted.

There is corruption in education, hospitals, government offices, salestax deptts, incometax and exise duty deptts, police stations, electricity boards, municipalities and everywhere. Oh God, are you also corrupt (Tirumala Venkateswara ?)

1. Income Tax is a preliminery brake.
2. Law & order another brake.
3. Political infringements.
Like so many if you are in a position to implement but not agrement.
Let him earn still the soceity has the chance to recover it.

Please be specific when you say apply brakes by suitable measures.
There were so many movies in which some people have tried to show that killing corrupted people is a remedy to this problem.
No one can eradicate corruption from its roots as far as I feel.
Try ourselves to be away from it as much as possible. Down the line we can see lesser corruption in our society.
Why should we accept that we are corrupted? Is it because we are in corrupted society?
