| What is the basic development in Vizag since 4 years ?
1. No new projects
2. No Extention of Govt investment
3. No proper roads allocation
4. Bought people in 1 cr at Singapore and Jurang town ship , waiting for somebody can buy or not . How long ?
5. Any support from Govt for VUDA plot which they did ? No roads , no water and no drainage. Today bank rates are down so we wil lbuy it and pay the Pre EMI for next 10 yrs. Forget EMI after if we live
Advise what is real development in Vizag ???

Book a plot for as low as rs.1000 per sq.yd with in 20 km from the city centre of visakhapatnam! the cost of plor has a potential to grow by two times every year fom now! the ruling price in the city is rs. 10,000 to 15000 in prime areas!

Iam talking about a new venture launched by Rk township group (a popular township developers in andhrapradesh), in bhimili area , very close to the town and midway between natinal highway on one side and the four lane beach road coming up fast on the beach road.
In the recent past the same company has sold out a lay out for Rs. 750 a sq.yd without development charges which comes to about Rs150 per sq.yd, and the present venture is being offered for Rs.950 per sq.yd with all developments to be completed with in six months from to day . i can pass on further details if u wish ! hope this info will be enough to start with .

vizag is now shortly getting into the chain of hi-tech cities with a big complex coming up clost to the university. Added to this , the 25 km beach road is going to be widened to four line road - called swrnaandhra sagara theeram- to attract tourists- besides all these developments the city is going to be expanded with urban agglomeration covering upto vizianagaram on one side and analapalli on the otherside .
so it will be a profitable proposition for people interested to invest on vacant sites in vizag right now as it is better late than never since the rates are galloping like horse race from day to day.
