Its not abt rapist but about death penalty..whatever be the magnitude of crime I feel we dont have 'RIGHT' to take away one's life :)

May be we can add a clause in law that a guy who made the sin must pay some amount earned by hard labour being in jail through out his life for the mistake done. May not be for entire life but atleast 15 years.
If she doesn't like to have that money then it can be used for social service.

I would find it unethical to allow millions of kids starve to death to "reform" a criminal (though the chances of reformations are low).

Circumstance of a rape? Teach the women a lesson? if the man consider's to rape a woman to teach her a lesson he should be definitely given Capital punishment..
