saleem bhai, marketing ppl will try to squeeze as much as they can, but what i said is the present nominal rates which are in the market now.
I found couple of people who are ready to do it for less, but they are asking for deposit prior to processing.

4-5 K is may be a little more, but premium takes about $2500. No consultancy is ready to do for leser amount. And around $1000-$1500 for normal processing.
