He was born like that and fate otherwised him,
so blaming upbringing/society/others is plain hogwash..
it was destiny that she had to die like that and he had to sullen his family's reputation in that way..

There is a tragic incident; Who needs help first?
The injured person needs help first; Killer can be caught any time; And more over don't provoke / deal criminals because it's more dangerous ; After commiting the incident he is a criminal and the bystanders are facing a criminal which is a MEDICO - LEGAL case; We are not trained to deal with criminals; Many people lost their lives in the similar situations.
I don't think it's anybody responsibility to deal with the crimes except calling for EXPERT help; This person did a crime and he should be dealt in that way; As someone said no one catch I doubt even the commentor presents at taht particular scene will runaway and or even may faint / Unconscious with a possibility of undergoing into COMA.
So friends be prepared for any sort of emergencies don't be misguided by petty emotions which may put yourself in danger.
Infuture if you are happen to be any such similar situations look for dangers self as well as others.
Atleast the Govt should start " EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES" train the people how to deal such sort of emergencies.
In developed countries also there were such incidents in the past where school children were killed by firing / shooting the innocent children.

Venting out frustrations could be any other than the things which lead tothe mishaps of our present discussion.
Talk to the people you trust, write ur feelings and destroy them when you feel relieved.... I may not be able to suggest solutions for everyone but i did helped by lending my friendly ear and some suggestions to some people.
Seen so many people, falling apart, reuniting together........
But these two incidents are tragic.

we havent forgot the incident happened last yr back in Hyderabad (Acid attack on the Girl, by his boy friend) this came as a warning to the degrading society.
Should we be proud of our culture now ?? we are no better than any of the western eccentricity

There could have been lots of things between the wife and husband but nothing to that extent where you have KILLING is the only choice left. Everything can be talked it out and resolved.
There are so many failed marriages after they come into US, i dont know why but the ratio is more compared to the families live in India. sorry, i am not able to provide you the stats at present, but sometime I will.
Lets not brainstorm who is to be blamed but what is to be done to avoid things which lead to such mishaps.
I think, "Communication" is the only solution. Lets try bridging a gap, if anything arises between people. Vent out your frustrations, dont let them eat you away from inside.
Lets try making this world a better place.
