General Forum: Religion | whats in a caste ??? | |
| we can cultivate this ideology of equality only when we forget about differences in all respects, and such a feeling comes to experience only when one can see only one in everyone.

The poor is to be recognized by their efforts. Give them somme oppertunity by alloting some land which is natures gift. The equality should start with owning a land.
Equality is possible when every place in a village is treated / viewed like a agraharam.

Social equality and value of freedom should be taught in our education.

Marriage is nothing but togetherness forever.
Marriage means understanding and adjusting to a foreign body.
Every one in their life cycle will adapt changes in their body. Adaptability here is God's gift.
In the same way we have to adjust to a foreign body (in the name of wedding) which is almost similar to adjusting to your body changes.
God has given us mental strength, thinking ability and adaptive attitude to adjust for this kind of change.
Man had tried his best to make this process easier.
People who are brought up in similar kind of environment and under similar traditions it would be easier to accept each other.
Elders had grouped depending on this similar mentalities.( those groups are castes, subcastes etc.,).
Now a days most of the people (regardless of a group) are brought up in same kind of traditions and environment. Hence people are thinking of a NOCASTE world.
But I feel a Caste serves its purpose if it is understood and followed.

Our present educational curriculum should recognize these two.
