General Forum: Society | | Kanchi Shankaracharya Jayendra Saraswati was on Thursday night arrested in connection with a murder case. | |
| Lets assume for a moment that Sankaracharya is involved inthe murder ..
I have a few stupid questions -
1. Considering the clout and the Logistic support he has got .. what was the reason for him to get Sankara Raman killed within temple premises, knowing fully well that it would put him in Bad light? ( Why didnt he get it done at Sankara ZRaman's home itself?)
2. Couldnt he have got Sankararaman killed in an accident or a shoot-out or even a bomb-blast (and blame it on Islamic Militants and ISI) ??
3. Why didnt he plan the murder in a meticulous way ( Rather than allegedly talking to Goons openly and getting caught thereby?)

Thats what I'm saying. You, Me or Advani, none are eligible to say that he is the murderer. He is just one of the accused as of now. Did he committed the crime? Its upto the court of law to decide, not you and me. Even I'm not against to the law. Let it do its duty. But why do we call him as "murderer"? Why do we need to believe what ever is been published in some news papers that he spoke to the criminals and then "decide" that he is a criminal? Are we up to that level? Thanks Malak. But couldn't take it any more. There is no argument by them here, they are just pointing out the issues that resulted as a reaction to some action. They are forgetting the action and talking about reaction. And they are, coolly declaring him as a "murderer"... they are not realising, rather posing as if they haven't realised that they are not the judges.
