Do you believe that two engineering students lost their lives in Ibrahimpatnam - Ferri ( Krishna River) while they were swimming. They entered slurry ponds created by VTPS.
If this was the case with adults what could be the result with the children ?

answer to your first question
101% I can say that school management will instruct children to take permission from teachers for any task happening in the school premises.
Though a child may not ask permission for toilet at home ,certainly he/she says to his/her teacher"may I got to toilet ,Madam"

Does the school informed the children that they have to take their permission if they go for swimming.
DEO says the school has to take permission prior to taking the children for tour / excursion . is it true ? If so how manuy of the schools are taking permission from the concerened authorities ? First of all howmany parents do know this ? If school can not take permission from their authorities how can you expect from children and their uneducated parents ?
By the way what is the IS code for civil engineering incase of abondoned bridge or culvert ? If there is none refer to west, or UK or German or some advanced country.

Here parents are sufferers and no body on earth can repay their loss.
I pray God to give them strength and peace.
Just to know the facts of the incident:-
1.Do you think the children who have gone to swim took the permission of the teachers?
2.Is there any danger sign board on the spot?
Awareness of the danger spot is necessary.
We know now a days children are very smart and involve in many kind of bad and good activities.Parents and teachers guide and control them.Inspite of good control children act very smart to fulfil their desires.
So as a whole we cannot put blame on one thing .
