Looks like you've it tried it after clearing the internet properties browser cache, Temp files and Cookies as per MR's suggestion.
It's Intersting..It should work after clearing the cookies and stuff.. Dont know why it is not working..

and Click the button "Turn Off Telugu Script" . And then Navigate thru the Discussions Link.. you will see everything in Phonetic Telugu (English).
I tried this (now) and it worked fine..

Retry after clearing your Temp Internet files and the other browser cache - it might work

Nope Anupama. Fortunately I Am Not Anyway Related To TeluguPeople.com Program Development :) It's Not Working For Me Neither. It Only Works In The Example Where You Click The Button "Turn The Telugu Script Off". Unless There Are Some Other Settings I Am Not Sure How To Get It To Work. Vijay Might Have More Ideas. Sorry :)
