Well Balaji threw away Jayalakshi Buddy 10000 miles and she is suffering everyday remembering her loved ones and longing to be in India. I think Balaji has punished her more.
It is not punishment for CBN but a vacation after working 18 hours a day for 9 years.
Balaji saved him from terrorists who aligned with Congress monsters and sent him on Vacation. So Balaji wanted to punish Congress by making them work insteading of sitting idle and relaxing. It is a punishment for them because they can't work.

Well you mean to say there should be Reddies installed everywhere because reddy is the CM.
