I strongly believe that there is no need to mention caste with our names.
The caste system is developed long back where the society is based on the caste and community. Now the society is entirely different from those days. People used to follow their profession as per their caste and used to serve the people and earn money for their livelihood.
Now the society is entirely different. we are all dependent on our own intelligence and hard working. we are no more following the professions based on the caste system. In such a situation it is shame on our part to use it behind our name. Even in reservations also now the 4th or 5th generations are getting benifited.

no there should be no cast reference in the names.cos of all these references only there are many chaos in the state esp in rayalaseema..(just an example)..in fact there are many places...these are all created by our humans only..
why do we create and why do we fight..?

There should be no caste reference in the names. Yes, Stars use this trump card to drag people to theatres. This is not good.
I remember one song in Narayanamoorthy's film,"Nayudu garu, reddy garu, mee peru venaka aa tokalendukandi". I can't remember the exact wording.
But I oppose the idea that, Caste column should be removed from the application forms. This is only for Statistical Purposes.
Since Reservations are being given, it is the most required one. Otherwise, People will wage a war.
But even if the reservations are not there, mentioning of caste, religion and gender is needed for statistical purposes and historical point of view.
One thing: Even the Youth who are well educated should come out of this caste feelings.

In my view there is no necessity to mention the caste with our names.asalu perulo caste endukandi.....enduko naaku nachadu.
