| u r happy whatever your husband enforces then there won't come any argument. yeah u might have taken higher education but under the situations and circumstances of once family u can't take up. How many s/w engg wifes are working. Sacrifices are part of life either man/women does for family.
Love should be natural feelings without expecting any benefit from each other. When you love your husband or your husband loves you then there won't come this argument whether who works or who cooks at home.

I feel women's in ability to pursue rather blaming husband. you can convince him rather thinkin it as risk. Which gives economic freedom for women/family. And also there is self satisfaction for doing justice to their degrees.
Women wanted their husbands the way they think and vice versa.

I asked this question b'coz dowry is one thing when mother is also woman why she insists on dowry.

Yes madam, I agree. If, some opposition came from either side, she stopped taking up a job, 100% agreeable. But what about the period between her course completion and marriage, which is almost 2 yrs? You may say that I'm looking at these issues on my own perspective. Why can't I say the same thing to others?

well ! todays world is definitely is not for the weak, it is like the survival of the fittest out there. The once upon a time male dominated society is changing very quickly, with women proving their counterparts wrong and showing them what a woman is capable of achieving. Today women are on top which is shown by the number of females that get good results in the examination and the fact that even in the corporate world women have cemented their position by showing promise and commitment. BUT ALAS ! it is still a pity that even the world's most succesful and beautiful women still cannot escape being cheated by men, why is that so ??? ever thought about it LADIES ... THINK ABOUT IT !! there is still a long way for the feminine of the human species to go to prove herself completely in control of herself, for this the society should also be openminded. We now speak about that the new generation being very open-minded and so.. SHOW me one self-respecting male who likes the fact that his wife earns more than he does or is more intelligent than he or more famous than he..... WELL KEEP TRYING .... i am in no hurry !! think about it .. - ABHISHEK
