General Forum: Govt. and Politics | Is Chandrababu Naidu really taking the state forward? | |
| Frens,
v r forgetting one major point here that as our elders said ROME IS NOT BUILT IN ONE DAY, never we can get the change in one month or one term. Let us look at this issue in a different angle. How far people are happier with the govts that ruled andhra pradesh and how far andhra people are identified in India and in world. All credit goes to late Dr.N.T.Rama Rao to show the TELUGU TEJAM to India. Till then, it is a fact that most of the India did not recognize an ANDHRITE. When comes to the case of CBN SO-CALLED DITCHING NTR and taking away his party and leadership, people might have forgot that, first of all for a person to be in politics he/she should know the ethics of politics. I doubt if anyone supports the idea to entertain a person with ZERO KNOWLEDGE ABOUT POLITICS ruling a state. I am talking about the intention of Dr.N.T.R in making Smt.Lakshmi Parvathi as a leader of a party. People who are objecting the actions of a leader who is doing SOME WORK when compared with the leaders who DID NOT DO ANY GOOD AND KEPT ANDHRA IN THE DARKNESS to reconsider their opinion. I sincerely support CBN's move to take the power into his hands and take AP into positive direction.
Posted by: Mr Pavani A. Ramesh Babu At: 27, Aug 2001 2:52:09 AM IST Mr.CB Naidu being from a financial background is playing one of the oldest financial games.By borrowing loans from all over the world he is pushing the bargaining power of ANDHRAITES forward whereas by imposing high taxes(hike in power tariff..etc) he is pushing the purchasing power thereby the ECONOMY itself BACKWARDS.
Posted by: Pavan At: 24, Aug 2001 10:13:41 PM IST Its nice to read in papers about the different scemes our "honourable CM" declares just before elections. Starting from Deepam,Janma Bhoomi, work tools for poor people, roads, unlimited fly-overs in Hyd.. etc etc. Everything big and on the face looking colorful.
well, keeping all these aside and thinking for a while I remember the fact that the intrest for which we(the state govt) bring money from world bank is 37% as against 22% when the prev govt was in.
But still there is a chance for "satisfaction" if the money bought with such large intrests had been put in areas where we get back some profits (atleast a major amount of loans) rather than all the schemes. But alas I dont find anything of that sort (may be no publicity)
These schemes are necessary for a growing economy, but the proper ratio is to be sought. And selecting some schemes just for publicity is something to be pitied.
Atleast I cant believe in a person who declares to contest against "Father in Law" and joins the Father in Laws party within 15days after he lost to Assembly. Becomes convener for UF against the "so callled non-secular BJP" and suddenly finds that the same party has become "that secular" that he can join in Govt (not even suppporting from outside). I never understand the strategies of our great CM.
and if I keep on goign on everything else like IT in hyd etc etc... its gonna be a very long one.........
Posted by: Ms Samatha G At: 24, Aug 2001 9:52:41 PM IST Yes I accepted naidu really not talking the state people.
Posted by: Mr kavalisureshbabu babu At: 24, Aug 2001 7:52:03 PM IST I sincerely agree with Ms.Snigdha's opinion. Andhra pradesh, till now, has seen lot many educated scholars as its leaders who are supposed to lead the state into progress. How many of them were really successful? It is really good strength for AP that it has a leader who is not just educated but the one who knows how to utilize the resources and the knowledge he/she has. Actually, this discussion may lead to another point to discuss that, "who is a good leader - an educated one or an illiterate one?" But, coming back to original point, it is CBN who is now acting as model for other state leaders too. Whatever we were taught in our childhood that INDIA IS RICH BUT, INDIANS ARE POOR will definitely get changed to INDIA IS RICH AND INDIANS ARE ALSO RICH only when INDIAN POLITICIANS STOP BECOMING RICH.
Posted by: Mr Pavani A. Ramesh Babu At: 10, Jul 2001 3:01:42 AM IST yes.i believe in him
Posted by: Mr K. Srinivasa choudary At: 6, Jul 2001 10:31:25 AM IST yes no doubt regarding this.
Posted by: Mr K. Srinivasa choudary At: 6, Jul 2001 10:30:36 AM IST no he is doing work only 25% and giving publicity for the remaining 75%.if you go for any inquery on him his scams are double the scams of jayalalita.
ok
bye.
Posted by: naidu my At: 30, Jun 2001 11:38:45 AM IST Ofcourse Chandrababu naidu is doing some thing to the state unlike others. But the money he earned is nothing compare to what he has done. Since 50 years all the CM's are only earning money but they never bothered about the state. where as he is earning and doing some favour to the state. We should always encourage him (but not his earnings)and should support him. After all this is the question of our motherland.
Posted by: Ms A snigdha At: 29, Jun 2001 0:59:29 AM IST friends...personally i like the way he administrates the AP politics...and I have to agree some thing he is doing for the welfare of AP compared to other CMs...but there are some news which at least we can not ignore specially 'tehelca.com' 's news ...which says he is one of the richest person...is it necessary for politicians to earn money in such a huge amount…it is not that we believe everything it comes in news …but it is that dot com which revealed worst behind the scenes politics…So. I can say ..Candrababu Naidu… people have faith in you…and they have gave u such a great support for which u have to do some thing to them…and I am sure he is capable of doing something.
