Second. I asked in what way other parties are different from BJP?
Third. If some party talk about Hindus, then it is "Religious Issue". But if other party talks about Muslims, it is not. Right? What a justification?

When BJP did nothing for Hindus and no bad to others, why did you called it a Communal party?
You define secularism. You commented on BJP saying it a communal party/govt. So you need to justify your comments when some one asked for it.
What problems you forsee by giving a definition? Can't you really define it properly so that there won't be any problem? Then, how can you call BJP a communal party?
Every one gives their definition, thats wrong. A definition is a definition. Atleast you give your definition.
