also go up?
say if both monkey and weight were at same level to start with, after monkey does some climbing (without slipping), will both monkey and weight be at same height from ground??

A rope is hung over a weightless frictionless pulley attached to the roof of a building.
At one end of the rope is a ten-pound weight which exactly counterbalances monkey at the other end.
What happens to the ten-pound weight (does it up or down or what) if the monkey attempts to climb the rope?
