Good question Ravi.
But, i guess the neighbour could not give the answer. He has got only 2 equations but has 3 variables to find the answers for. He needs a third equation to solve the puzzle.
Am i right?

Ravi, we've covered that one in a different way...answer is 9, 2, 2 kadaa!
Btw...I started those verb puzzles looking at go/went and buy/bought only, dint put much effort into framing them nicely, anyway thanks for ur inputs! :-)

from this conversation can you tell if B guesses the ages and get the date .??
this is a microsoft interview question ...nenu koncham marchaa anthe ...final q is to tell if B tells the ages or not ..u gotta justify that too .. sorry if u knew abt this already ..
