Posted by: Mr. jogarao pilla At: 27, Aug 2003 12:22:30 PM IST when we think of GOD .....
we think of something that is changeless AND SO THE THOUGHT OF SUCH CHANGELESS THING AUTOMATICALLY gets linked up to form a chain
Posted by: Mr. jogarao pilla At: 25, Aug 2003 1:37:26 PM IST .....but due to ignorance we do not depend or be devoted to God and thus miss His Grace which He showers on all and entangle ourselves in self created miseries and blame God for our miseries

The story of the painter is simply revealing .Yes we need to keep our minds pure to reflect the Divinity concealed in us due to the accumulated dirt and grossness that we accumulate during our worldly activities in the form of complexities. The polishing of our mind means keeping it occupied with good thoughts that lead to good deeds
Posted by: Mr. jogarao pilla At: 24, Aug 2003 12:21:06 PM IST One day a man had a vision of his entire life spent by him before his view as he was nearing his death. He saw that he was walking on a sea shore and he obsreved that another pair of foot prints alongwith his foot prints on the sand following him all through. He noticed that the other pair of foot prints were missing whenever he was subjected to miseries during his life time but they were present whenever he was in comforts and enjoying life.Being an ardent devotee of God , he posed a question to GOD ;o lord, how is it that you promised me that you will be with me all the time but it seems you left me in my miseries? And God replied smiling " you folish fellow dont you know that the only pair of foot prints you have oserved during your miseries are min e as i was carrying you during that time on my shoulders and followed you all other time al through your life" Thus God takes care of every one devoted to him all through the life and more so he literally
carries the burden of his devotee when subjected to miseries.
Posted by: Mr. jogarao pilla At: 24, Aug 2003 12:06:47 PM IST once a man came to Socrates to say some rumors about his friend... before he started Socrates had a look at that man and asked him answer his 3 questions correctly before saying something...
1. Is the thing that you are going to tell is a good thing???
The man answered no...
2. Are you 100% sure that what your are going to tell is true???
The man answered no...
3. Is the thing you are going to tell is useful for me???
The man answered no...
Then Socrates asked him, the thing you wanted to say is neither good nor true nor useful for me then why do you still want to say it to me wasting your n my time???
the man realized his mistake and from then he stopped spreading rumors...
so rumors cheppe valla okkallade thappu kaadu... avi vini encourage chese valladi kooda thappe...

Posted by: Jonnalagadda Jonnalagadda At: 18, Aug 2003 8:08:48 PM IST I read that Albert Einstein was the featured speaker at a dinner given at Swarthmore College. When it came time for him to speak, he astonished everyone by standing up and announcing, "I have nothing to say." Then he sat down.
A few moments later he stood up and added, "In case I have something to say, I will come back and say it." Six months later he sent a message to the president of the college: "Now I have something to say." Another dinner was held and he gave his speech.
This is a good example for us. Many times we will be getting chance to speak. At that time it's better to examine ourselves whether we r having something worthy to say or not.
