The one who knows the route to bangalore..if he does not make a move towards going to bangalore..of what use is that knowledge. does knowledge alone take that person to bangalore? //

After you have cast your vote you have passed some comment on Mr. HAYAGREEVA MURTY Rachuri.As such I am expanding on this.
Example:- A Junior Advocate will be having enough energies, dynamism and skills to work.But he does not know how to work.He has to definitely work under the guidance of a Senior Advocate who is an experienced person.
Example:-A Pilot knows how to operate an Aircraft, but he will not know the route to New Delhi.A Navigator knows the route to New Delhi, but he will not know how to operate the Aircraft.So the the Pilot (skilled person) has to work under the guidance of the Navigator.

I vote Mr.Raghottamma Rao.
If some people are doing something for gaining popularity, then it is meaningless what ever they might have done. Because they might have done only for gaining that popularity.If the elections are with a view to elect a person for voicing singleness or guidance it is alright.But if the elections are for knowing the popularity, then it is hypocrisy.
Mr.Raghottamma Rao is a matured person.A matured person's quidance is always required for putting the younsters in a right path.
