A small joke I read (I think it is RD):
At a Toll gate in USA, one day Mayor, sheriff and other officials were waiting with garlands to greet the one millioneth vehicle to pass through. When the vehicle approached, Mayor garlanded the driver and gave him five hundred dollors. He explained that it is a gift for the one millioneth vehicle passed through that Toll gate.
Curiously the Sheriff asked the driver what he would do with five hundred dollors.
Coolly he replied "First thing I will go and get driver's license"
His wife seated next to him said "don't believe him, he will always tell so when he is fully drunk"
His father in law from the back seat saw the sherif and exclaimed "Ha! I already told u we cannot get long when we stole this car"

Where was this? Boston? I know a Couple cases in RI where ppl were gievn speeding tickets for 35 in 25 zone ..
That way I am lucky to survive even at 120 in 65 zone on i-95
