This may be true that politicians are biased by region and taking undue advantage of it for dividing Andhra.
Andhra is the main looser if the Telangana separates. Andhra will encounter more unemployment due to NOn-Industrialization. There is a 75% powercut in AP presently. This will shoot up the use of Kerosene lamps and street lamps under which the real heros comesout. The increased powercut will boostup the sale of all electric domestic appliances.

but really there is a difference (great feeling) between telangana and andhra in hyd.

Who will be effected if telangana sepeates from andhra?
I guess only Telengana ..bcoz most of the fertile land is in Andhra....Except politicans no body feel that he is from telagnana r rayalasima r andhra...we all feel we r teluguites....

Okavela TELANGANA ni seperate state chesina kooda itz all the same, malli kotha manthrulu, kotha paalanalu, BUT NO GAINs NO LOSSes, NO IMPROVEMENT and no change would be there...So dont ever think of seperating TELANGANA from AP...

Telangana ni AP nundi seperate chesthe assal manchigundadu...Telangana belongs to AP and nobdy should fight for seperate TELANGANA state...
Itz like INDIA without KASHMIR, KASHMIR leni INDIA ni oohisthe THALAKAAYA leni manishi laaga vuntundi...
Thatz why TELAGANA is/should be/must be/ought to be a part of AP...

I do not have suffeicient knowledge of KCR s truthfulness to the issue so i cannot comment about it.
But separate telangana issue is very old, it was there even before the formation of vshalandhra. one thing seems be true, it was trhoughly exploited and under developed for past 50 years whatever may be the reasons. If the people want it why cant they have one separate state. They will decide the future of KCR and als thier.

Telangana wants to separate only from AP; Why not from Maharashtra, MP , Karnataka and Orissa

whether Telangana seperates from AP or not isnt an issue to me, but this does remind me of an old story about Indians that I read on the net
I will state that for your ref:
A biologist visits a spider lab, where they have spiders from different countries placed in seperate jars against the name of the country they originate from to prevent them from escaping out of the jars.
The lids of all the jars were closed except for one which said 'INDIA'.
The biologist got curious and ask the lab assistant why the lid was open.
Lab assistant replied, "Oh! these spiders are from India,sir. They will never go out, because if one tries to go out, the others pull them down."
The morale, is we dont like to achieve progress together. Instead we being born losers crib and focus on issues which hamper
positive growth.
for every 10 steps forward, we go 9 steps backward. That growth rate is just not good enough.
Why do we need a seperate state for Telengana, why not have our own identity and become a seperate country? Why not the other states also become independent? Why in the first place do we need to be united and be called Indians rather than Andhraites, telanganaites ..etc
Winners/achievers do not crib, losers crib thats what we are!!
Great to learn about the various dumb postings on this issue.
