Looks like something's gone out of control here.
First of all, the purpose of this thread is to come up with positive aspects of living in the respective places. It is not to counter-attack each others views or points just to get points.
If there is a positive point we come up with US (or abroad..and btw, it is not limited to US so other countries are included), the other party can come up with a similar feature or a different one to support your place, that way it remains a healthy competion.
My question to Mohana was to educate us on the drive-thru facilities available NOW in India as she thinks we might be a little out-dated in our understanding of such facilities in India. So if the coutnryoven and the mirchbandis and jilebi corners on the road-side have drive-thru facilities, we are settled, but do they?
Talking about the library system *yaaawns*, the point was 'In US there are excellent public libarary facilities throughout', so the point is excellency and if we can honestly think we can call the library system back home 'excellent', we are even.
