1.'starting point'cannot be genaralised for all the objects in the universe.Neverthless,few theories like Big bang and Darwin's evolution attempted to find it.
Big bang theory justified the formation of earth by observing the other galaxies (ananthakoti).The theory says that earth has
formed due to the explosion of the accumulated NEBULA(collection of huge masses and dust)
Darwin's theory of evolution , with the discovery of fossils ,said that homosapiens(human beings)satrted 11.4 million years ago and ever since then they had been undergoing 2.Though there is no theory ,yet discovered, to tell us whether chicken came from egg or vice versa ,the above said theories do justify their discoveries.
And for your 3 question.

Can any logic or various branches of science give any reason behind why we were born indifferently ? We have millions of species available on this earth. Why one was borned as dog and one as monkey and one as human ?

If you want to know ONLY why we are differently born i can tell you It is because of genetic code.This was scientifically prooved by scientists.(dont ask how the genetic code came? .The question will be like again guDDu muMdaa kODi mumdaa)
Basically I think philosophy is" How to lead a life" (inculcating certain qualities like nonattachment,oneness etc..)but not of NEGATIVE renunciation.The life which is given to us by God(what we believe)is not simply to leave but live with satisfaction taking out of certain negative qualities selfishness,anger jealousy etc--etc--.
Humanity, oneness etc-- are basic theories of philosophy.

So your conclusion is your personal idea.
Me too have faith upon this conclusions'logics but unless we cannot prove it would be merely a logical explanation.
That is why I said I will never give importance to the rebirth.
Once we claim or say that it is because of rebirth or some other thing 50% people may not be agree with our idea(because it is a logical explanation without proof, like there is God or not)
Why i'm discussing this because
for example
Muslim religion though have faith in God they wont trust Hindu religion God because of some idealogical differences in which we cannot show proof.
They feel that there are no personal Gods and Gods marrying etcc- is unacceptable.
So they differentiate between our God and their God.(nor they themselves or we ourselves cannot bring prooves)
So I believe until proof or unanimously agreed logics can be said openly.Otherwise we continue giving our logics and the person who dont trust will be ready with his logic.That is why I never say God existed,rebirths etc because merely it is personal belief(which I cannot show solid proofs). that is why said I will never give importance to the rebirth. (though we strongly believe our logic)
For example right from childhood we pray to Gods(planets) like sun,moon.Then when we come to know about their existence we try to explore it for knowledge.Instead of praying(again it is your personal belief)them we come to know their physicalcharacters .
So our Knowledge helps us out from unknown fears.
And the same thing with " janmamu mrutyuvu.
