This is the place where one can post silly doubts and expect not stupid but serious answers!
Sometimes we hesitate to ask such questions presuming they are silly and fear to be mocked upon, and here is the place where one is expected to shun the shyness and show the sillyness, keeping in mind he/she is not alone in this boat!
I had to create this upon a recent observation and did not find any other suitable place to post!

Here is my silly doubt for today:
Why do some girls(and women) choose to wear short shirts and keep tugging them down, usually in presence of a male or when a male is walking behind her?
Would like to hear from both men who might have observed this and women who would know why they do it! :-)
