Thats what they are doing! They are questioning the public and unless the Public, in other words the Govt provides them basic security at the work place they have the right not to work as they are not being paid!

AS OF ME QUESTIONING THE GOVT, NO GOVT SERVANT IS FOREGOING HIS PAY FOR THE FAILURE TO PROVIDE SECURITY TO THE DOCS. LET HTE HEALTH MINISTER AND THE CHIEF MINISTER FOREGO THEIR PAY FOR NOT PROVIDING SECURITY TO THE DOCTORS ..I WOULD NOT TALK ABOUT THE GOVT!
I contribute to the Govt even when it is failing where as I dont contribute to the Doctors when they fail .. so I have the right to talk about the Govt but not the Doctors!

The same way .. Even for your Own education the Govt had spent public money which included the Taxes paid by the Doctors! That way even the Doctors have the right to question you!

If the Govt servants are willing to forego their Pay for every work they dont do then I would say nobody should criticize the Govt ...
The Govt servants are getting paid whehter they awork or not .. but in this case the doctors will haev to forego their pay for hte strike period! So when you are not paying them, THEY HAVE THE RIGHT NOT TO WORK!

YOU AND I MAY NOT HAVE ANY RIGHT! .. BUT THE DOCTORS HAVE HTE RIGHT TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THE GOVT BECAUSE THEY ARE IN INDIA, THEY ARE INDIAN CITIZENS!
THE GOVT HAS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF SERVING THE PEOPLE, WHEREAS THE DOCTORS ARE NOT OBLIGATED TO SERVE THE PEOPLE ANYMORE, THE MOMENT THEY ARE BROUGHT UNDER THE JURISDICTION OF THE CONSUMER FORUM.
When you come under consumer forum, what you do is business, not service!

If they dont work - they will not be paid .. So when they are not on the pay, they have the right not to work!

They are paying their Doctors the Govt and they are working for the Govt and they are asking for their own security! Govt is their employer!
How much are you paying to the Doctors? And of course you are not their employer and they are not yours!

Exactly! Then stop complaining about them! It is mutual - Patients dont bother abpout hte Docs and Docs dont bopther aboput the patients ..
Then why the hell are we complaining about hte Doctors?
