Baata gaaru gave a reply to this I guess. If you still want to know what fast foods we can get from drive-thus -> Anything from Mirchi bajjis to Pizza to Corn Samosa to Punukulu. Name it, you will get it. (I love the Corn Samosa at Countryoven. yummyyyyy. I am a regular there.)
2. What medical shops have drive-thru facilities.
Did I object? Newayz, India has a better option -> Free Home Delivery. So, does this point has a place in the argument?
3. List public libraries in every city that offer the same facilities as listed here.
Guess you din expect me to 'list' the public libraries like
1. City Central Library, Hyderabad
2. Nagara Grandhaalayamu, Guntur ......

I didn't object to this either. But let me tell you, most of the cities in India have the public libraries. This facility is available in India since ages. Even in ancient India there were libraries. I didn't go to a library for a long time now so I do not know if things have changed but yes, CDs, DVDs being available for free is something that wasn't a facility when I used to go to libraries and I am sure these facilities are not available yet in major libraries except for British library and similar.

Ever been to Himalaya book center? or gangarams? As long as the book shop owner is not bothered, why shud one care? If we are in the book shop ' exploring ', we shud just 'explore'. why shud we care abt others? Is that the problem with the facility? No.
Let me also tell you, book shops like Himalaya are in all the major cities of India. If you argue that each and every city of US has these book stores but not India, I agreee but certainly not the point about "the look".
I do not know why you picked up the points which I did not object to, but, my concern is simple. you were doubtful in your posts, whether it was abt DVR or abt drive-thru restaurants. Why raise such points then? How modern India is growing is a known fact to all. There is more or less nothing which is available in US and not in India.
Enough education? Need more?
