ok....if the statement is true.....he should be hanged according to the conditions but then the statement becomes false
and let if the statement is false,he should be shot according to the conditions but contraverses the faulty of the statement

If this is correct, then he has to be hanged, in that case his statement is a lie, if its a lie he has to shooted, then his statement becomes true...
