Nobody thats what i am telling instead of thinking thos first think how to make it possible...govt is nothing but part of society...
So if u r blaming govt u r blaming urself.y cant be voting ratio 100%...y educated not voting....
have to think of these first...

Ohhh good but not so good.
Actually there is no relation between soul and voting here..
You vote for best person..thats it...soul is entierly difficult...
Voting influences some factors of whom u r going to vote.And in India like country the voting percentage is 60% or less.So mostly poor people will vote and they dont have time to think and make empasise thier soul for voting.For them need bread not problems..

Yes Sir. I started thinking seriously. But this thread doesn't seem to be something to discuss seriously(as what is expected on "Atma Bhasha" - yet times misunderstood as "Atmala Bhasha") so thought of throwing some fun. Ignore my words(as karivEpAku ) and you (Mr VeVa) please carry on with discussion.
