| thanks to the president's speech mentioning about the telangana issue, the real estate rates are gallopping in coastal andhra especially in vijayawada,and visakhapatnam and stagnating/falling in hyderabad.

@Karunakaran Yendaplly garu...why r u so worried about Telangana r u a Telanganite or an Andhrite..?Why do you think Naxal problem is there only in Telangana and not in Andra can you give me the reason..? I am also worried about andhra that it will become like orissa one of the most backward state as it would not be getting any more extra water and with the help of cyclones...more over cast Gundas in andhra will become more strong and will stand last in developement and Law and order..

no telangana,no rayaseema ,nothing separation,all telugu speaking people r united n for only political gains KCR IS PLAYING on telangana people,thats all.

Telangana is sure to be formed.AP is set for trifurcation in the near furure.But whether the new state of Telangana will be peaceful is a moot point.The Naxal problem reminda one of the Communists movement during Nizam's rule.The new state is bound to be vying with Bihar for the last spot in development and Law and Order.

We want Gannavaram as big as Dubai airport. We don't want to waste Godavari basin(E.G & W.G) which is rich in Natural Gas; May be Halliburton and it's subsidary Kellog Brown & Root will give a bright future for Andhra.

If there is chance of development ins eparation , then why not? Havent we been doing since last 50 years, be united n 'strive' for development? I dont see any development , except exploitation :)
