Eventhough you Know that there is a (your )soul in your body did you realise its existence? did you experience its presence? Are you aware of its presence in your body at all?

Human life itself is caused by the actions and counter actions of embodied souls who become ignorent of the existence of God the moment they come down to this world.But the same mind help the human soul to get back to its original home that is ultimate base which is the cause of creation.Any soul in its purest form is closest entity to God and therefore there is no such descrimination between two different souls which bear human body for the sake of getting back to the original home/dwelling place for souls.We call such personalities as Divine and jesus christ was one of them come down to this earth like any other soul and has done his bit.But it is wrong to attribute the character "sinner" to every other one because it is due to our past good deeds only we have taken birth as human beings ,the most superior and highly improved creation of mother nature to maintain and prolong its own existence.

))Why People call him as God's son ?
People didnt call Jesus as God's Son. He revealed it himself. It was this claim the infuriated the priest and led to his crucifixion. His claim was supported by God the father himself several times during the ministry of Jesus ministry. He is the only Son of God was was born and not created like the rest of us. Since the Father himself called Him His Son we call him so.
))Why people don't say He is God?
Now John1:1-5 talks about Jesus being God and being with God. He is equal to God the father in terms of power or might. It is he who created everything. Jesus himself says he is equal to the Father. Ofcourse this also infuriated the Priests and elders of those days. He is God. God the Son.
))Before His birth, people only prayed the one God..?
Before his Birth people prayed to God the father. They also prayed for a messaiah who will save the jews and the gentiles equally from slavery. But they misunderstood the context. They were expecting a messiah who will come as a king not as a common carpenter. Now God sent the messiah to save the whole world from punishment and slavery to sin. It is only after Jesus' birth that God was revealed wholly.
))Why people are praying Him rather than praying the actual absolute God ?
Coming to the final question. Why do we pray to Jesus? Now I presented many of my arguments showing man is inherently evil and he needs to take the punishment. No matter how much good we do we cant reach the perfection God the father expects so everyone of us would have to die. But God the father loved us so much that he sent his Son, the Christ to take the punishment for us all. Jesus willingly stepped into this world leaving his place in heaven. Came to this world, remained sinless, ministered to thousands and died a cruel death at the hands of Humanity. So the punishment is fulfilled. So we Jesus paid the price for us and freed us from sin. Because he paid the price he becomes the mediator between us(unholy) and the Father(Holy). It is JesusChrist who covers our sins when we stand before the Father for judgement. He is the bridge. He makes intercession for us with the father.If not for the God the Son , Christ, we dont have a right to stand in the presence of God the Father.
Another point,when we pray, we pray to God the Father but we always end our prayer with the words "We ask these in our Savior, our King and Your son Jesus' Name, Amen" This means " Father I dont have the right even to even kneel in your presence. But please because of your sons sacrifice, I am reconciled and with this freedom I pray to you, please listen to my prayers". So eventually we are praying to the Father but in the Son's name. We claim our relationship of adopted children thru JesusChrist.

yes! That is why it is called Rajayoga and since it deals with the thought process which is the ruler of the body it is named so .Even Viekanandaji has recommended rajayoga to attain self/God realisation as a sure means to reach our goal of life.

Patanjali's astaanga yoga sadhana is no doubt the surest means but my guru's guru we call him Adi guru- has simplified the whole process of astaanga yoga in to Sahajmarga sadhana which has been described by me earlier in this db - is a natural path- best suited to the modern day individual because of its simplicity and effectivity.
