Rajayoga is also helpful to attain both Knowledge (rather lose knowledge of self) and help realise self(God).

U r a better person to give the distinction between the two Raghuji! According to my understanding gnana yoga provides Knowledge about the existence of God where as Rajayoga provides regulation of the thought process towards perfection if properly undertaken ,and leads us towards God realisation.

Alter ur thinking pattern towards that which is permanent and then u will realise urself !Mind is the instrument which can be regulated by will force which again ironically influences the mind if left unchecked! The only solution to this problem is rajayoga meditation as suggested by our great sanits.Rajayoga as the name itself indicates is the Kingly method of regulation of mind which is the cause of the Kingly thing called 'thought' in the human body

Good question indeed.I call this life miserable because of the presence of our mind which experiences these complexities affecting our body and thus make our life miserable .

we go to temples becoz we get god orientation at least for a while to forget our miseries of life and living.Try to build a temple in ur heart for god and then u need not go to temples at all.

Dear Budhimantudu Jesus was born in Bethlehem to fulfil a prophesy in Micah 5:2 But thou, Bethlehem Ephratah, [though] thou be little among the thousands of Judah, [yet] out of thee shall he come forth unto me [that is] to be ruler in Israel; whose goings forth [have been] from of old, from everlasting. His parents took him to Egypt to pretect from Herod who killed all the children in bethlehem below age of 2 years. When Herod died, his parents returned to Nazareth. Also a fulfilment of prophesy. He grew up in Nazareth and a carpenter until he was 30 years old. Jesus' name Yashua is a very common name in the Jews. So to specifically know who they are talking about people used to include the place where they come from, with the name. Thats how Jesus was referred to Jesus of Nazareth. I hope this answers your question. I would be please to answer any more questions to the best of my knowledge. In His Grip.

Dear Vachaspati Garu, How do we know the a person is doing good or bad. Good or bad are not relative. Everything has an absolute. I presented the case of Osama claiming what he is doing is good, do you agree?! I hope you dont! If we go by the so called relative perception you proposed. Osama is also correct in some angle. Like wise there are no absolute Gods. There is one God and our first agenda is to find who he is before we put our faith on any object we come across. Thats the absolute God I would refer to, pray to and worship. And absolute who loves and saves. In His Grace
