its basically because of their very complacent nature.. See most of the women in our society are well at class room level, college level, but once they are there in a good job, the complacency comes in and also the urgent desire to get married to a rich guy.. and the guy would be from U.S , doing some Hi-fi (with respect to pay ONLY) job..The girl ditches the job with simplest ease , the job she has secured after competing with many great minds..to become a house wife and end up there in history..Unless women change their priorities , females in our country will be always the weaker sex..bye
