| Hi I don't think u need to be too intelligent to survive in America and u should have years of exp in India before u come.but u should have min capability to manage the things at clint place.I am just replying this bz i read that sentense "whoever is completing degrees they are trying to come here and bearing lots of tensions everyday at work and looking for help from the fellow workers". It' not true all the time.i haven't see much among my friends who got fired in all these days.all are started their career here only,so my dear fresh guys don't get wrong impression that u will face lot's of prob just bz u dont have exp in india ( u may face bit difficulty at begining.but that's fine u could manage if u are good), come here and have a nice time..but NOT in this Market.

A question to all the consultants in US.
Can someone tell me what is the difference between truck/Drivers going to Gulf and Programmers going to US. Aren't they same unless very few go up in the value chain.
A driver will be a driver at the age of 60's and the programmer will also be a programmer at the age of 60. Is it right career , except making money and enjoying some comforts.

i am the one, who came here without much enough brain. now, i am in condition of depression since last 3 months, how can i bear family if i get fired. i've fired before twice in newyork and delware. daily i am not sleeping at night and worrying about all these. and hair is falling out a lot.
10,000 rupees of indian salary is very good without these worries, we can enjoy life there in india, with out any job problem.
yes, some r intelligents among indian engineers, but a lot of us r looks to be mine , cuz i am highly knowledgable when compared to these american people. that's y this country is taking people just lioke me.
but now i am telling one thing...they should select an intelligent to test indian engineer's brain and then only they should take those people into job. otherwise we'r coming here for dollars, then the story is starting without sleep.
if above one is going on, only too intelligents come here and enjoy life with dollars and they utilize their greatness in these countries as not sitting there and thinking about america.
then, this america also achieve success thorugh giving salary for only one engineer instead of giving 4 useless indian engineers.
so, whoever is spending life in india, if u don't have much enough brain...don't ccome here with comp[any's visa and don't get depressed, andf don't become a fool infront of other indian intelligent staff.
event their wives also look at us with ugly and annoying manner. and even don't give minimum respect.
think before u come here and don't believe in VISA, BELIEVE IN UR MIND.

I don't think the word Cunsultant Zero's is a right way to represent(Not that I'm a consultant, I've been working with a major telecom company since 3 years.) The attitude of the people coming from INDIA is very wrong. The way they think should change, people think that the knowledge aquired by them is enough for them to get a job and get a good life. But the truth is "The true success is not when we aquire knowledge, but the when we tell the world about your knowledge and prove it." Lot of our INDIAN guys coming from home, need to start being confident in what they know, and also stop shaking on little things like(Layoffs etc.,) and focus on what they are doing.

Well, I dont think so that all indians are less skilled. Well there should be proper planning for any job. If u don't update ur self then ur are responsible for that. Well this are only the oppurtunities coming our way and it is our responsibility to utilize and save the prestige of our motherland INDIA. All the best to all of the indians in the land of oppurtunities.

these knowledge less engineers get back back to india, and get jobs as foreign returned. and owns indian intelligents jobs.
so anytime knowledge peoiple without foreign support because of economic or some other problems becomes job less holders only.
so, everyone try , beg in america for subject and have a great life back home india.

I AM NOT SEEING, WORKING WITH DUMMY SOFTWARE ENGINEERS, SOME COMES HERE ON FIRE, AFTER SOMETIME THEY GOES ON FIRE...........
THEY JUST KNOW THE MEANING FOR SUBJECT, BUT REALLY DON'T KNOW HOW SOLVE THE PROBLEM, BUT THEY R BETTER THAN AMERICANS. THAT'SY THERE IS A CHANCE FOR THEM TO BE IN AMERICA.
