pakisthani oil - 100 grams

requesting all trial-and-error cooking buffs -
I'am trying to duplicate pakistani mutton biryani as served in a pakistani restaurant. I've tried around 5 or 6 different recipes from various sites and tinkered around with them but so far I haven't been successful. If anybody can help me out I'd really appreciate it. Thanks!
