Yup thats true MR.
Except IIScs/IITs/IIMs,there is not much in India.But if we compare the basic education standards i.e. the pre-college period,India is lil ahead.And the higher education is sub-standard.Thats the main reason that,insipte of hving lot gems in India,they r not polished properly with leadership quality.Very rarely they excel as leaders (globally).

Not true MR,
Our education system is providing gems,but just because of lack of proper resources ,everybody is moving to diff countries.
Remember that IIT is one of the most well known colleges all over the world.Its not limited to producing "Clerks and Personal Assistants".It produces lots of leaders also.

Studies abroad looking for a peel of banana?
Some countries do not approve our Masters Engineering except Bachelors. Bachelor Degree need to be requalified means a know only the peel and I have to vomit the fruit. Some engineering colleges (universities)are not yet approved in the abroad. This problem is known to the people when they register themselves or attestation by the Ministry of External Effairs.

Average intelligent person can suceed in any walk of life by using his individual effort but if we burden the child with our ambitions and aspirations he/she may not be able to cope up with the present system.That doesn't mean that they are dumb.
Giving the child a chance to develop on it's own but guiding at times to keep on the chosen track then things will definately improve.The main cause of the present situation is lack of proper guidence and direction to become successful in life.
Knowledge should help to lead a happy life but not a life full of conflicts and complications.
All that we can do in the present circumstances is to provide such guidence and help needed most by the child as an elder so that he/she may not commit the same mistakes , and try to bring out their best out of their abilty which make them positively charged to face the harsh realities of life, which is its real purpose.

Tis is the real problem. We all expect some Heroes in our soceity. No problem if a person gets hundred and fails other time. Everyone expects a steady intelligence right from LKG to Masters. There will be some variation during the education period.The system should be able to cope up these things. One cannot digest the fact that No one can become Master of all the subjects.

Don't worry merit people have enough room to show their ability. After becoming meritorious they become brain drain.
