haha ...Mr.Kothuri .. dreams of a song with that NO.3 Option Gal ... and suddenly comes into his senses n hits the breaks HARD and the car...skidds n comes to a halt on the shoulder (hope therez 1 on Naperville road )

give the car to u r manager and ask him to "manage" to tke the old lady to the hospital ...(remind him of the insurance though :)

The question obviously does not have one detail.. such as how many people can Kothuri can take....
If he is driving a car, nothing stops him from taking all the three.. but this is no puzzle..
Assuming that Kothuri can take only one extra person...
Best option is to give the vehicle to Manager and ask him to take the old lady to hospital, so that Kothuri can spend some time with this hot 22 year girl....

Ok this is a puzzle for any one above IQ Level 140 others i am sorry..
It is Snowing a lot in Chicago and then kothuri(that's me ) is driving out on the Naperville road and suddenly he sees 3 people at the bus stop.
1) His Manager
2) 80 Year old lady
3) 22 Year sweet real hot girl
Now the back ground is
1)His appraisal is due the next day and if he can impress upon the manager lil bit he would surely get a promotion
2) 80 year old lady is standing at the bus stop and if she doesnt get proper medical treatment in the next 1/2 hour she is going to die.
3) 22 year sweet girl ....for who he has had a terrific crush for the past 1 year and never got a chance to talk to her from then and this is probably his best chance to impress her.
Now what i am looking for is what is the best option kothuri has, considering kothuri is extremely smart and he has handled all of them very well....
