| First of all we will not let you know that we are TP( if you are abroad). we like secret lifes. Even today if you say I am from Andhra Pradesh, people answer that OH!from Madras. God only save us. Whether our people ever read social studies or Atlas. We have to tell them how many states are there. Then AP formation. Thank God, some people know by Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu.

Our client in Northern NJ has an immediate need for two QA Engineers for a three month project. Primary responsibility is to test the integrity of client's mainframe point of sale programs based on new development, enhancements, and maintenance changes to ensure they are functioning according to specifications. Will work closely with business owners to understand the requirements of system changes. Must have the ability to develop and execute test scenarios that will validate that business objectives are achieved. Will support the review of regression testing to confirm that coding changes implemented do not negatively impact production code. Must understand client benefit set up and identify issues that may result from program modifications and escalate issues as appropriate. Will work closely with programmers and business owners to troubleshoot coding issues and compile issues and testing results in an organized and user friendly manner. Will track issues related to testing and escalation of issues found during the testing process. Requires a minimum of 2 years prior experience in a testing role that includes the review of requirements, creation of test criteria, and review of test output as well as experience with databases and mainframes(TSO knowledge is helpful). Also requires the ability to create comprehensive test plans that fully test program changes. Must have strong analytical and communication skills. Flexible work schedule required to ensure deadlines are met.

A true Friendship is an everlasting relation ship between two persons. To clap, always both of our hands should come together (I mean effort should be there from both the sides, to keep up the good friendship). I just hope that efforts would be there in this TP.
