CC asked me what do i mean by necessary evils. In that contest i used this example u r correct toxic elements only not substances . i used the term to say that we need these to maintain balance in the body and similarly to keep the discussions alive we need inevitable criticism postive or negative

How much we have to pay to the Doctors to get such a certificates to buy necessary evil? Is there anything else one has to buy? Our body will not have toxic substances that's what I feel. May be we have toxic elements. Some one can help me.

we normally have toxic substances in our body to nuetralise any foreign matter entering into our system and doctors say that if any one lacks in having such toxic bodiies they will be injected deliberately to develop immunity and thus it is necessay evil
