Transformation is a continuous process. whatever the mind experiences that can be experienced!THe very curiocity to know what transformation is itself is the beginning of that transformation?every thing starts with doubt and ends with experience!you can not explain the taste of mango by explanation alone but by giving you the mango itself to taste to feel and experience and enjoy the taste!it is just like that, i hope you have understood what i mean?

Leaving apart the irrelevant and interfering comments by some who made this discussion lively(?)we conclude this topic too with the conclusion that real transformation comes only through experience rather than preachings and reading eventhough they help us to some extent in our efforts!
