Anandam is a state of mind not body!so if you are not feeling happy when others get happiness from the same thing/situation, it means that your mind do not accept it as such due to its earlier experience!But the wonderful nature of mind is it accepts or rejects as per its grooming and moulding in the past.Anandam becomes permanent when the mind recollects that happiness it was subjected to which it can not forget even for a while.
