if we make an optimistic approach towards our chosen objective then these qualities will automatically develop due to the inbuilt mechanism of the individual and all these qualities can be acqiured by a single individual and the group effort required is only for motivation and to bring the right atmosphere for the required transformation process to start in the individual.

If you look at the thread,
Those:
1. Who are courageous may not be confident and
2. Who are confident may not be courageous
And "the last one loosing fearness of failure"
This package well appropriate for a team rather than a individual.
Why we need those thing as total package in a single person? what's the objective to achieve?

You are right in stating that one needs that craving which is again due to the credit of previous janma,but this life can be moulded by our own willforce with the guidence of those who have already tasted the Divine experience.It is like rubbing an Iron piece with a magnet so that the iron piece too gets magnatised and spreads magnetic power to other iron pieces.Thus the inbuilt mechanism of an individual can be moulded provided that individual too applies his will force coupled with Master's help of course, and who knows that process can be started in this life and may be continued in the next life again with Divine grace ofcourse.The spiritual practise under the guidence of an expert guide makes the 'rusted' iron deserving enough to get magnatised and divinised.
