No No No NOOOOOOOO.. You got me wrong .. I meant to say every religion has these things to bring the masses close to it - While the mature ppl can understand the intent of the religion without any illustrations, the others need some sort of stuff in the form of stories, however unnatural they may sound - be it Hinduism, X'ty, Islam or even Communism.
I did speak about 72 virgins and thats not related to X'ty - it refers to Islam .. I was just quoting those things in the context of Stories and Reality!

Ganesh's head and so are the other parts are representative of the ideal characteristics such as 'Big ears represent that keep your ears wide open and hear more rather than talking more (crap if you will) ', and so is each organ's significance explained - so get the 'big picture' behind it and grow up from still treating the story as bedtime lullabies or a piece of subject to ascertain, validate and criticize the logics and logistics of the mythological scriptures! Sure they could be true or framed, so just get the moral out of it, if you can or get the eff off :D
And dont forget to get some goli soda for Babu Rao on your way here! :P
